Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdemar Kuoppala in the 3rd minute. In the 9th minute, Valdemar Kuoppala reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 2-0. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwin van der Sar having to make a save. Manchester United FC's Edwin van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 15th minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Edwin van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute of play. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Akseli Ilola in the 24 minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taisto Pentsinen in the 28th minute of the match. Taisto Pentsinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute of the match, Valdemar Kuoppala got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Manzanares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A hard shot 33 in the game by Valdemar Kuoppala from a close distance when the talented Pedro Manzanares managed to make a qualified save. Colombia's players were relieved. Akseli Ilola made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Valdemar Kuoppala immediately put the ball in play. Edwin van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 40th minute of the match. The corner led to Colombia's Luis Cazalla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwin van der Sar having to make a save. After 47 minutes of play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edwin van der Sar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Valdemar Kuoppala made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin van der Sar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Valdemar Kuoppala struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United FC. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Kuoppala, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 62nd minute of play forced Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taisto Pentsinen in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Taisto Pentsinen's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Abram Sarmiento let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 68th minute shot 2-4 at rihgt post. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Manchester United FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Taisto Pentsinen went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Rio Ferdinand hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eero Uusipaavalniemi in the 85th minute of play. With a little luck, Manchester United FC's Edwin van der Sar got control of the ball when Kevin Mastache tried to sneak it across the goal line. Taisto Pentsinen might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taisto Pentsinen ran back to his position shaking his head. Valdemar Kuoppala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Valdemar Kuoppala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Kuoppala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edwin van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
