When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Cassius Byrne sped through CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zbigniew Brudzisz. If Wang Hong Le had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wang Hong Le stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 88thth minute of the game Zenon Ogrodowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zbigniew Brudzisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zach Harrison, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Zbigniew Brudzisz in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
