The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by STILON GORZÓW's Eugenio Baratta. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Zdzislaw Slazak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. STILON GORZÓW's Eugenio Baratta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 15 minute of the game. After 23 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. Dante Lacasa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, STILON GORZÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Zdzislaw Slazak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Major came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dante Lacasa could save by the left post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiktor Basaik in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Slazak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Zdzislaw Slazak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 38 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. After 45 played minutes Wiktor Basaik could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 2-0 into the left cross. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Mexico were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after STILON GORZÓW's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Zdzislaw Slazak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Mexico's Macos Graciani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zdzislaw Slazak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sebastian Major's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Joel Gaona scored 2-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zdzislaw Slazak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. STILON GORZÓW's Waclaw Fiszer was substituted for Wiktor Basaik. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zdzislaw Slazak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, STILON GORZÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Refugio to maneuver through the defense. STILON GORZÓW's Kazimierz Kasperowicz was substituted for Boleslaw Chowaniec. Bernard Kosakowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
