Billy Lång's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Billy Lång helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mexico booed when Syrianska FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Lång didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arkadiusz Walat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marc Wayne made a kick off.
