Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mihăiţă Stolniceanu kicked off to start the match. Mihăiţă Stolniceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lyle Coppack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 6th minute of play. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Ediberto de Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koby Wright in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lyle Coppack prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mihăiţă Stolniceanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Jax Williamson made a huge save. If Mihăiţă Stolniceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jax Williamson made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Adrián-Daniel Dobre sent off a good shot on target. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Stolniceanu in the 20th minute of the match. Lyle Coppack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 23rd minute of play forced Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goalkeeper Lyle Coppack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Lyle Coppack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Ediberto de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Koby Wright ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lyle Coppack was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Mei in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Mei in the 34th minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Koby Wright made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 53rd minute of play forced Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goalkeeper Lyle Coppack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lyle Coppack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rohan Watson in the 55th minute of the match. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Lyle Coppack proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely from getting a goal against them. Canada were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Dixon took the corner. If Filip Edwards had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Ferdinand Zmărăndache was substituted for Ediberto de Queirós. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Dixon was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. Jan Dixon made a great header on Canada's corner, it was just that Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Lyle Coppack managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 87 minutes, Filip Edwards managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Edwards was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Lyle Coppack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filip Edwards got free with Lyle Coppack in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Theo Burton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lyle Coppack having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Canada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely.
