In the 76th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anselmo Gama saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. But to his dismay, Albino Cugat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind MACAU. F.C's goalkeeper Anselmo Gama, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Peru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
