Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Diego Armando Messi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Armando Messi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Vlatko Bošković came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Armando Messi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a EL DIABLO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Delmiro Mazuste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Ehrler, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The supporters of EL DIABLO FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. EL DIABLO FC's Vlatko Bošković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, EL DIABLO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Vlatko Bošković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after EL DIABLO FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that EL DIABLO FC's Vlatko Bošković managed to reach the ball for a save. Pankracy Jerzyk kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Elpidio Markel struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EL DIABLO FC. After 44 minutes, Iker Hats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL DIABLO FC and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. 44 minutes into the game, one of EL DIABLO FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After the first half Venezuela were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Elpidio Markel made the kick off in the second half. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Markel in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by EL DIABLO FC's Elpidio Markel. But to his dismay, Elpidio Markel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A sloppy throw-in by Tyrone Griscti in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vlatko Bošković having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Markel in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. If Diego Armando Messi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Elpidio Markel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL DIABLO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Markel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Bruno Ler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Ehrler, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Ehrler in the 92nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Mazuste went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.
