After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stergios Koutsodimos in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 77th minute of play forced Villamarina AFC's goalkeeper Carlo Ciccone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Arthur McIlreach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arthur McIlreach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, Villamarina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Vespucci to maneuver through the defense. Odilon Avendaño got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Villamarina AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
