Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Balázs Sebes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Hoberg United's Maximiliano Rutenio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Hoberg United getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Maximiliano Rutenio hit a great ball. Abraham Alguacil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dida Martins. Hoberg United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hoberg United's attentive Claudio-Paul Pirinchev managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 7th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cintya Palacios got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the game, Balázs Sebes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Balázs Sebes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Martins having to interfere. Hoberg United's attentive Claudio-Paul Pirinchev managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 36 minutes into the game, Matthew Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hoberg United's Louis Bullock quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Hoberg United were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Panama's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaroslaw Teofila took the corner. The corner led Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcos Cotilla despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Louis Bullock was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Hoberg United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Panama:s goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Panama were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Hoberg United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cintya Palacios in the 54th minute of play. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Balázs Sebes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Isidoro Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dida Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Panama booed when Hoberg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balázs Sebes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dida Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dida Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Felipe Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balázs Sebes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. If Balázs Sebes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hoberg United's Cintya Palacios in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panama's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cintya Palacios in the 88th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 94th minute of play forced Hoberg United's goalkeeper Dida Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hoberg United.
