Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 俞鹏峰 hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 袁源珂 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Sebastian Villa made a precise shot to the right of 孟凌鹏. AFC Ajax's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by 孔亮铮 in the 46th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
