Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fred Bivall kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Hille IF getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. William Sjöö hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Mats Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Mats Ekrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. After 14 minutes, Tomas Berganza made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hille IF's Mats Ekrot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 21 minutes, Jonatan Siöberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hille IF and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Hille IF got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Siöberg. Abraham Alguacil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mats Ekrot. Hille IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Björk came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 27th minute of play forced Hille IF's goalkeeper Mats Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes Hille IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. Abraham Alguacil made a great header on Panama's corner, it was just that Hille IF's Mats Ekrot managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mats Ekrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerry Björk hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Abraham Alguacil charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abraham Alguacil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 38th minute. The corner led Panama's Tomas Berganza to fire away a dangerous shot which Mats Ekrot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Ekrot having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Hille IF got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Lidman. In the 43rd minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mats Ekrot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Panama were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Isidoro Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Hille IF's Jonatan Siöberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Jonatan Siöberg off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hille IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Mats Ekrot had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping Abraham Alguacil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaf Lidman during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustaf Lidman kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Hille IF's Mats Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 68th minute of play. William Sjöö hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Isidoro Sarmiento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hille IF's William Sjöö got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered William Sjöö off the ground. After 79 played minutes Hille IF got a freekick which was hit by William Sjöö. 84 minutes into the match, Hille IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Mats Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Fred Bivall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Ekrot having to interfere. Mats Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Mats Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 94th minute of the match.
