Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mats Ekrot saved Hille IF from getting behind. 6 minutes into the match, Jerry Blomqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerry Blomqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Emanuel Blixt fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hille IF's protests and gave Emanuel Blixt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Emanuel Blixt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When William Sjöö fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hille IF's protests and gave William Sjöö a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Hille IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Sjöö didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonatan Siöberg made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mats Ekrot came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jerry Blomqvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 34 minutes into the match, Hille IF's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Mats Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 35th minute of the match. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mats Ekrot having to make a save. Camilo Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 44th minute. Hille IF's Jerry Blomqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Bivall's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fred Bivall was the one to do the kick off. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mats Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Hille IF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. William Sjöö hit a great ball. Francisco Seco might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mats Ekrot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Seco ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the game, Francisco Seco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mats Ekrot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. After 73 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. Per-Arne Rosendahl's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Arne Rosendahl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Hille IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Arne Rosendahl to maneuver through the defense. Mats Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Hille IF getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. William Sjöö hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Hille IF defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mats Ekrot. The Hille IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mats Ekrot should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mats Ekrot stood somewhat misplaced when Maximiliano Escribano came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 90 minute. Francisco Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mats Ekrot firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 95th minute Fred Bivall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
