Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Uruguay's Francisco Seco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bartolo Ishmael kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Murat Radišić was slow to take the kick. During this time Leeds United's players had a chance to rest. 16 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when 于寒康 came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute of the match Leeds United got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Murat Radišić ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Leeds United's 于寒康 got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 22nd minute of play forced Leeds United's goalkeeper Ludomir Maziarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Ishmael's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Bartolo Ishmael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, 于寒康 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leeds United's supporters crossed their fingers, but 于寒康 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Leeds United's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 于寒康, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 40 played minutes Leeds United got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Ishmael. If 于寒康 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Leeds United's zone, Maximiliano Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludomir Maziarski came out of the goal and Maximiliano Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Ishmael was the one to do the kick off. Bartolo Ishmael kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Ludomir Maziarski in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Beldad kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilton Linares in the 62nd minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Ishmael, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Bartolo Ishmael took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The throw-in from Vladimir Avturhanov in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Leeds United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. 徐志亦 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leeds United's Ludomir Maziarski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Leeds United from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Leeds United's Ludomir Maziarski got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Francisco Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludomir Maziarski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Leeds United's Bartolo Ishmael. But to his dismay, Bartolo Ishmael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
