Thanks to some nice moves Zygmunt Pyrtek could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. Mariusz Siwy hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasio Borowski in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Herbalists Opole got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stasio Borowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Herbalists Opole's corner Stasio Borowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. If Benedykt Werra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Herbalists Opole the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zygmunt Pyrtek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Qu Yun struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herbalists Opole. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Karbowski having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Sylwester Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Benedykt Werra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Borowski in the 56th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zygmunt Pyrtek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Barna in the 59th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Sylwester Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Herbalists Opole fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Venezuela were furious when Jonathan Venegas was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Herbalists Opole. Zygmunt Pyrtek stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 4-0. After 98 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. After 99 played minutes Stasio Borowski shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant to catch but Stasio Borowski was lucky. It became 5-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Herbalists Opole walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
