Radowit Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Cesate's Gustaw Nienajadlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Radowit Ptaszek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gustaw Nienajadlo came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Cesate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaw Nienajadlo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Cesate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Nienajadlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Radowit Ptaszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 55th minute Angelo Vettori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cesate's goalkeeper Radowit Ptaszek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesate's Radowit Ptaszek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Cesate from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Vettori came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Radowit Ptaszek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Cesate were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
