With a left leg Ingmar Karuauk saved Nisu Unn from getting behind. Milosz Szostak kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingmar Karuauk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Karuauk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 22nd minute. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ingmar Karuauk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ardo Teras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nisu Unn's Ingmar Karuauk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of play. Kalmer Noorsalu hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Nisu Unn's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Ingmar Karuauk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Nisu Unn's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Peru's Joaquin Prats to fire away a dangerous shot which Ingmar Karuauk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Maido Kallis made the kick off in the second half. Ingmar Karuauk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nisu Unn's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingmar Karuauk came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alonso Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maido Kallis in the 57th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonso Berganza made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nisu Unn's Kalmer Noorsalu. Moises Gayoso made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luz Tejedor. After having played for 63 minutes, Milagros Fraga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milagros Fraga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ingmar Karuauk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingmar Karuauk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ingmar Karuauk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ardo Teras in the 77th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Marcin Pochorylo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingmar Karuauk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute Ardo Teras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Nisu Unn getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Kalmer Noorsalu hit a great ball. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 87th minute, Kalmer Noorsalu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nisu Unn's Ingmar Karuauk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Joaquin Prats hit a great ball. Priidik Maamägi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nisu Unn's goalkeeper Ingmar Karuauk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Priidik Maamägi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Eliseo Mina from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Ingmar Karuauk's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
