Berkem Heybetli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippos Stathopoulos in the 5th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lillhärdal BF's Sixten Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Berkem Heybetli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filippos Stathopoulos in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Filippos Stathopoulos scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 2-0. 25 minutes into the game, Filippos Stathopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippos Stathopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Filippos Stathopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 30th minute. Sixten Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Gisbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Lillhärdal BF's Filippos Stathopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 42 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sixten Nordström. Lillhärdal BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Escribano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippos Stathopoulos in the 46th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Berkem Heybetli made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Filippos Stathopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Berkem Heybetli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Berkem Heybetli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filippos Stathopoulos in the 55th minute of play. Lillhärdal BF's Karl-Magnus Torsberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arturo Carvallo in the 57 minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Jaime Cazalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 67 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo. Karl-Magnus Torsberg got a throw-in 69 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gustav Sillén. In the 70th minute, Camilo Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Sixten Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Franco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippos Stathopoulos in the 81st minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixten Nordström was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Francisco Seco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francisco Seco really showed his touch with that goal: 6-2. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippos Stathopoulos in the 93rd minute of play. Many of Uruguay's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Uruguay may have spent more time on the ball, but Lillhärdal BF were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
