In the 88th minute, Colombia's Ignacio Mastache ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Higinio Aguilera. Higinio Aguilera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-3. In the 91st match minute, Los Hijos de Doña Beija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Domenec to maneuver through the defense. Higinio Aguilera stood somewhat misplaced when Ignacio Mastache came free in front of goal and shot 5-4 to the left of him in the 93 minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Hijos de Doña Beija.
