Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hannes Jamieson started the match with the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by SK Gullegem's Bram Jamieson. But to his dismay, Bram Jamieson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to SK Gullegem getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Otto Nørlinger hit a great ball. If Mathias-Alexander Jamieson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hannes Jamieson got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Urmas Känsäkangas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hannes Jamieson in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute, Hannes Jamieson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urmas Känsäkangas having to interfere. Edward Scigan charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Scigan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th minute, one of SK Gullegem:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SK Gullegem. After some careless play in the SK Gullegem defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urmas Känsäkangas. The SK Gullegem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urmas Känsäkangas should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cedrik Langendonckx to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Mathias-Alexander Jamieson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Mathias-Alexander Jamieson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Hannes Jamieson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SK Gullegem's goalie prevented a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Jamieson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Gullegem's goalkeeper Urmas Känsäkangas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Atarratze came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urmas Känsäkangas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas did a great save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Jamieson in the 95th minute of play.
