A beautiful save bye Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Brent-Jan Turpin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Brent-Jan Turpin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Brent-Jan Turpin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Brent-Jan Turpin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brent-Jan Turpin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ФК Фанагория getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Michal Kon hit a great ball. In the 86thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ФК Фанагория's Diamantino Nunes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacobo Nores was a little too slow when Brent-Jan Turpin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-8. In the 91st minute, Hristiyan Tochev made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. 96 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Brent-Jan Turpin came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ФК Фанагория supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ФК Фанагория would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
