Attilio Fiordelisi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attilio Fiordelisi. FC Mims's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Elia Panella managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Mims's supporters rose to their feet, but Elia Panella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Mariano Lacasa could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Attilio Fiordelisi however easily saved by the left post. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Strazzabosco in the 53rd minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Garrido to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Damiano Strazzabosco notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Mims.
