The Granbergs Goa Grabbar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Cesare stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Ivan Hermansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Ivan Hermansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Max Lange made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Max Lange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Hermansson in the 60th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Max Lange made a huge save. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Lange having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Ivan Hermansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granbergs Goa Grabbar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 77th match minute, Granbergs Goa Grabbar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Cesare to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Max Lange didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 79th minute Felix Lööf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Granbergs Goa Grabbar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Falkrantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Enzo Cesare came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Granbergs Goa Grabbar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Cesare couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Ivan Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granbergs Goa Grabbar's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Hermansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Granbergs Goa Grabbar booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Enzo Cesare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granbergs Goa Grabbar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Cesare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
