With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 28 minutes into the game, Xie Yan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Xie Yan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. FCF north's Fausto de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to FCF north getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nick Schipmans hit a great ball. Arcan Çapan struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FCF north. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

54 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Steelman came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by FCF north's Arcan Çapan. But to his dismay, Arcan Çapan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 59 minutes into the game, FCF north's Arcan Çapan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arcan Çapan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto de Almeida was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Tomas Illescas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Illescas really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute Arcan Çapan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xie Yan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arcan Çapan in the 94th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FCF north had played much better football throughout.
