Lautaro Mancebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Skarpiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Mancebo ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Boleslaw Zbytniewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sertel Akçakıl in the 31st minute of play. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, ASTRONAUCI's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Grzegorz Skarpiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Zbytniewski in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sertel Akçakıl who took care of the corner kick. ASTRONAUCI's Rafal Sikola was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Grzegorz Skarpiak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Grzegorz Skarpiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gaona scored 0-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Grzegorz Skarpiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Skarpiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Grzegorz Skarpiak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Zbytniewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Boleslaw Zbytniewski sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sertel Akçakıl, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Skarpiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Sikola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Boleslaw Zbytniewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Sikola came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ASTRONAUCI were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sertel Akçakıl took the corner. Sertel Akçakıl made a great header on ASTRONAUCI's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88th match minute, ASTRONAUCI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrold Prieto to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Grzegorz Skarpiak could save by the left post. Facundo Cadaval was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 91 minutes into the match. The referee gave ASTRONAUCI a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rafal Sikola, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 3-3. In the 97th minute, ASTRONAUCI's Pawel Majewski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pawel Majewski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ASTRONAUCI protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pawel Majewski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Mexico booed when ASTRONAUCI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pawel Majewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Grzegorz Skarpiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. ASTRONAUCI succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
