Despite this Ciro Moscatelli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ciro Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 8th minute of play. Ciro Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Acilia Town getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Fidel Illan hit a great ball. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Ciro Moscatelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Scofield Vinciguerra in the 25th minute. Ciro Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Moscatelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Acilia Town's Ciro Moscatelli. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 35th minute. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Ciro Moscatelli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 35 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Acilia Town's Ciro Moscatelli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 43rd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dieguinho Tande was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Mexico booed when Acilia Town was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Scofield Vinciguerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Acilia Town's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kallola Varm kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Acilia Town's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Moscatelli came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scofield Vinciguerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Acilia Town's Ciro Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 68th minute of play. Acilia Town made a substitution. Alvaro Recoba replaced Ovidiu Ciulei. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Acilia Town's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Rouco heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
