After 14 played minutes AA Bełchatów got a freekick which was hit by 忠 杨浩云. In the 15th minute, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leonard Rosen. Leonard Rosen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Leonard Rosen however easily saved by the left post. In the 25th minute, Vitinho de Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Leonard Rosen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santino Seco in the 32nd minute. Santino Seco did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Leonard Rosen 32 minutes into the match. Leonard Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 38th minute of play forced AA Bełchatów's goalkeeper Leonard Rosen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, AA Bełchatów's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Leonard Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitinho de Barros to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Abram Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Leonard Rosen. AA Bełchatów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Ludomil Frankowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. In the 93rd minute of the match AA Bełchatów got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isaac Ignazio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Tomasz Motowski took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it.
