Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute Dave Di Filippo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Dave Di Filippo made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Oskar Haeger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Dave Di Filippo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Hermanö Oilers's Dave Di Filippo in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Dave Di Filippo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. After having played for 21 minutes, Dave Di Filippo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hermanö Oilers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Di Filippo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Dave Di Filippo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 31 minutes, Dave Di Filippo made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Dave Di Filippo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 37th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Dave Di Filippo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 43 minutes into the match, Harry Forsman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Forsman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Di Filippo was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Dave Di Filippo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bror Lilja in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Dave Di Filippo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Dave Di Filippo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dave Di Filippo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Dave Di Filippo scored 0-11 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th minute, Dave Di Filippo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hermanö Oilers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. 73 minutes into the match, Dave Di Filippo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-13. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman. But to his dismay, Ingemar Stålman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. In the 89th minute, Ingemar Stålman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Valentin Dusett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Dusett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-15.
