Richárd Erőss kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Răzvan Lipoveanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Simon Gervai tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pál Matolcsy in the 26th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Maarek Grattepanche got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Simon Gervai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Răzvan Lipoveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Alcocer in the 34th minute of play. Pál Matolcsy kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When Lautaro Puig fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Lautaro Puig a yellow card for diving instead. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Simon Gervai took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 46 minutes into the match, Héreg SC's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Răzvan Lipoveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Simon Gervai made the kick off in the second half. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Honti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Tasis made a great header on Costa Rica's corner, it was just that Héreg SC's Răzvan Lipoveanu managed to reach the ball for a save. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pál Matolcsy, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute Pál Matolcsy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by László Honti in the 77th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Héreg SC were awarded a corner. Aladár Újházi went to the cornerflag to take it. Héreg SC's Aladár Újházi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 83 minutes of play, Héreg SC's Pál Matolcsy made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute Dávid Szőllőssy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. In the 95th minute Simon Gervai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Héreg SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
