Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Dudu Georgescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Arapașu kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basarab Nuțu. ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Octav Arapașu in the 9 minute of the game. Sebastian Villa scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basarab Nuțu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Maxim Moldovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basarab Nuțu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Cornel Gorjanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornel Gorjanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Georgescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cornel Gorjanu. After 24 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niculae Şania hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Moises Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Basarab Nuțu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. After 31 played minutes ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Şania. Basarab Nuțu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 36th minute of play forced ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov's goalkeeper Basarab Nuțu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basarab Nuțu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucian Cangeopol scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Basarab Nuțu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxim Moldovan made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dudu Georgescu. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Lucian Cangeopol managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucian Cangeopol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The corner led Honduras's Edmundo Espiga to fire away a dangerous shot which Basarab Nuțu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Basarab Nuțu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 58th minute of play. Octav Arapașu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basarab Nuțu made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. Lucian Cangeopol's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucian Cangeopol helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov got a freekick which was hit by Lucian Cangeopol. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 83 played minutes ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Şania. 86 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basarab Nuțu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Basarab Nuțu managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Octav Arapașu made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dudu Georgescu however managed to control. Edmundo Espiga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Basarab Nuțu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Honduras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov to leave the ground with a draw.
