Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hieronim Adamus, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Air Football were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Paraguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Ziomkowski took the corner. The supporters of Air Football booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Primitivo Escribano struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jean Mota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Pardo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Igor Ziomkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Adamus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Air Football's Hieronim Adamus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 59th match minute, Air Football was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tytus Sokol to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jean Mota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Hieronim Adamus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Igor Pruss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jaime Pardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean Mota was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Jean Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 72nd minute of play. Jaime Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Hieronim Adamus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Jacek Siwek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Air Football fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Paraguay were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Air Football to leave the ground with a draw.
