Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cassius Byrne made the kick off and thus started the match. Sokol Narev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sunkens Surtröjor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. Frans Alström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Sokol Narev in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sokol Narev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Victor Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Alström in the 35th minute of the match. Laércio Coutinho hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th match minute, Sunkens Surtröjor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. Cassius Byrne took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sokol Narev. Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Victor Blom made the kick off in the second half. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 66th minute. The supporters of Sunkens Surtröjor booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bradley didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Blom got free with Marco Day in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sunkens Surtröjor made a substitution. Börje Njurenius replaced Frans Alström. In the 77th minute USA were awarded a corner. Monty Rogers went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Edward Mcdonald drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Sokol Narev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Sunkens Surtröjor's Anton Galle. But to his dismay, Anton Galle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jenson Smith hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Sunkens Surtröjor's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Campbell came free, but Sokol Narev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Error Uchiha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Baker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokol Narev having to interfere. Sokol Narev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sunkens Surtröjor to leave the ground with a draw.
