When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Zacharias Balodimos put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 8th minute, Fragiskos Stilianopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Fragiskos Stilianopoulos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 13th playminute. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Theodosis Karanikolaou scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fragiskos Stilianopoulos in the 22nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guo Shi Kang came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The supporters of Lepνdhi FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacharias Balodimos in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Zacharias Balodimos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 6-1. After having played for 40 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lepνdhi FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that Lepνdhi FC's Guo Shi Kang managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 45th match minute, Lepνdhi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Karanikolas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 46th minute of play forced Lepνdhi FC's goalkeeper Guo Shi Kang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacharias Balodimos was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fragiskos Stilianopoulos in the 54th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Lepνdhi FC's Fragiskos Stilianopoulos made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 63 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zacharias Balodimos came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lepνdhi FC's Pavlos Liaros was substituted for Michal Sakowicz. Lepνdhi FC made a substitution. Mai Xiang Sen replaced Ermis Kalfas. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pavlos Liaros was slow to take the kick. During this time Lepνdhi FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Lepνdhi FC's corner Pavlos Liaros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Rigoberto Mina was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lepνdhi FC:s goal. Jonathan Ferrant went to the wrong direction when Giannis Karanikolas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Zacharias Balodimos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Zacharias Balodimos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Zacharias Balodimos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lepνdhi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Joshua Secada got a free kick in the 79th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Ianis Hagi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Jose Correa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 87th minute, Ianis Hagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fragiskos Stilianopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacharias Balodimos in the 96th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zacharias Balodimos came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
