After having played for 23 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cumhur Tanacan scored 4-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28thth minute of the game Cumhur Tanacan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Kemalettin Torhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 54th minute Kemalettin Torhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kemalettin Torhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulysses Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumhur Tanacan in the 62nd minute of the match. Ulysses Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Brendon Bale hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes Clapham Comets F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Brendon Bale. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Lee Kerr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Alex Zinchenko with Jonathan Willetts as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Kemalettin Torhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kemalettin Torhan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute, Cumhur Tanacan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Clapham Comets F.C. fully deserved thier win.
