Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. The wind increased when Paul Mersø made the kick off in the second half. Martyn Lawson's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martyn Lawson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Clapham Comets F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martyn Lawson to maneuver through the defense. The referee ignored Clapham Comets F.C.'s protests and gave Barney Bzeu a yellow card for diving instead. Barney Bzeu kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Martyn Lawson made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Robert Thorne immediately put the ball in play. Venezuela were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
