After a rather tough play, Black Mount™'s Franco Zuccarini got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damiano Mucci saved Black Mount™ from getting behind. Peru's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Damiano Mucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Mount™'s goalkeeper Damiano Mucci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 66 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damiano Mucci was left in no man's land by his defense there! Damiano Mucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 71st minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damiano Mucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was a well-played corner which Bernardo Mandara managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The Black Mount™ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
