Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Luigi Di Maio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Atletico Roma's Christian Felice played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play. Christian Felice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Felice read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Felix Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Felice having to make a save. Luigi Di Maio kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Felice having to interfere. In the 18th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Felice saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Luigi Di Maio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Luigi Di Maio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luigi Di Maio in the 23rd minute of the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Felice having to interfere. In the 31st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Felice saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes Atletico Roma's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig to fire away a dangerous shot which Christian Felice despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Felice made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luigi Di Maio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 38 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Felice was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Christian Felice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Atletico Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Bottone to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Felice was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Felice. Christian Felice dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 57th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Felice was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Christian Felice in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. Atletico Roma's Beppe Ricciuti was substituted for Ettore Della Francesca. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Loreto in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Parker hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Felice. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Atletico Roma's Jeronimo Barreiro got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Christian Felice was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Sancho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 87 minute of play. In the 91st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Felice saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Roma's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Felice came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Atletico Roma fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
