Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Pardo started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute of the game Juan Diego Tenorio made a throw-in which Hector Covarrubias played forward. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vali Armanca made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Primitivo Escribano sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Vlashers's Vali Armanca got control of the ball when Jaime Pardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Vlashers's Vali Armanca. Vali Armanca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute Hector Covarrubias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Armanca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ivan Prats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vali Armanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 26th minute of the match. With his leg Vali Armanca managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Paraguay's Jaime Pardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hector Covarrubias might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vali Armanca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hector Covarrubias ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vali Armanca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vlashers's Vali Armanca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Hector Covarrubias came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Covarrubias couldn't finish the play. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Vali Armanca made a huge save. Vali Armanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Escribano in the 39th minute of the match. Jose Sanz made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Primitivo Escribano. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Jaime Pardo put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vali Armanca. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narcis Popete to make the kick off. Vlashers's Vali Armanca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 53rd minute of play. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vali Armanca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vlashers's Vali Armanca. Vali Armanca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 62 minutes into the match, Vlashers's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Escribano came free, but Vali Armanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Jaime Pardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paraguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Cristian Ciorăscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vlashers's Sabin Toma managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Juan Diego Tenorio in the 71 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vali Armanca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Vlashers defense, Primitivo Escribano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vali Armanca. The Vlashers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vali Armanca should have stopped the shot. In the 80th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Armanca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vlashers's zone, Primitivo Escribano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vali Armanca came out of the goal and Primitivo Escribano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Vlashers's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Vali Armanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vali Armanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Escribano in the 84th minute of the match. Paraguay were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Vlashers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Pardo took the corner. Paraguay's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
