Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Severo in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 8th minute of play forced Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s goalkeeper Hauk Thuen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s Hauk Thuen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Alguacil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hauk Thuen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Dylan Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Jakob Hegg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17 played minutes Cotinguiba Esporte Clube- got a freekick which was hit by Torcato Coimbra. Hauk Thuen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 18th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Leonardo Severo sent off a good shot on target. After 33 minutes, Tomas Berganza made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s Hauk Thuen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the game, Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s Jakob Hegg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hauk Thuen having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Jovanie Cabral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jovanie Cabral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 65th minute, Cássio Serpa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abraham Alguacil fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s Jakob Hegg got a free kick in the 75th minute. Jovanie Cabral took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hauk Thuen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 played minutes Cotinguiba Esporte Clube- got a freekick which was hit by Gorka Mendieta. Hauk Thuen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-! Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-:s Hauk Thuen showed great skill when he stopped Abraham Alguacil:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 87th minute of play forced Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s goalkeeper Hauk Thuen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jovanie Cabral in the 94th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Miguel Miralles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hauk Thuen was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Cotinguiba Esporte Clube-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
