When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Jiang Cheng Peng took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Shymkent Camels getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Kaarel Teras hit a great ball. İlmi Murathan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Christer Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Shymkent Camels fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Shymkent Camels's Christer Johnsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Shymkent Camels's Horacio Zarricueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Horacio Zarricueta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. İlmi Murathan tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Horacio Zarricueta. An unnecessary self made goal, 4-1 in the 25th minute. The supporters of Shymkent Camels booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Milla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Horacio Zarricueta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christer Johnsson took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The throw-in from İlmi Murathan in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ayrton Schumacher showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-1 in the 38 minute of play. In the 41st minute, Erast Volkonskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Zarricueta having to interfere. When Shymkent Camels's Christer Johnsson in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Horacio Zarricueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 75th minute of the match.
