In the 10th minute, Bilge Kağan Samih ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilge Kağan Samih in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bilge Kağan Samih in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peru's Alonso Berganza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dennis Baggio, made in the 15th minute of the game. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bai Kun De read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Carter Barillari came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bai Kun De could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play forced Supremacy Catania FC's goalkeeper Bai Kun De to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Ramón Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dennis Baggio made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 69th minute, Dennis Baggio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Di Gregorio came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Gregorio in the 76th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Di Gregorio in the 76th minute of play. Bai Kun De showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Filippo Bozzelli kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. 87 minutes into the match, Supremacy Catania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Tenorio came free, but Bai Kun De reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
