Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Sesuldo in the 15th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Dario Rito sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The supporters of Scarface booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Serafin Sesuldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute Scarface were awarded a corner. Rogelio Cordarrol went to the cornerflag to take it. Scarface's Rogelio Cordarrol was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Sesuldo in the 27th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Rito got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabián Marcos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabián Marcos slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. After 33 played minutes Scarface got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Escobar. Scarface's Felice Fiore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 35th minute of play. If Dario Rito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Rito in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Scarface's Marcelo Escobar got a free kick in the 41st minute. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felice Fiore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafin Sesuldo to make the kick off. Serafin Sesuldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 60th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Scarface's Rogelio Cordarrol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Scarface were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rogelio Cordarrol took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Sesuldo in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Fabián Marcos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scarface's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabián Marcos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafin Sesuldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Serafin Sesuldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dario Rito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Felice Fiore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 77th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Sesuldo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Scarface's goalkeeper Felice Fiore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Serafin Sesuldo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scarface. Dario Rito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Feliz hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Scarface had played much better football throughout.
