Rareș Andrei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Andrei in the 19th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Rareș Andrei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Paulinho Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute of the match. Rareș Andrei kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Halil Sarıdoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes, Milagros Cabal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Iskitler players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Halil Sarıdoğan in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game was made by İsa Bengisoy with Mehmet Emre Heybetli as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The Honduras players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Iskitler were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Paulinho Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Paulinho Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rareș Andrei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulinho Valadares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Rareș Andrei took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Lautaro Navarro to make any attempt to save it. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Emre Heybetli in the 75th minute of play.
