Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth Strandsgaard. Kenneth Strandsgaard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sigvald Maya charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sigvald Maya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amager FC's Kenneth Strandsgaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenneth Strandsgaard. Amager FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Amin Rostvold kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amager FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Strandsgaard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 32 minutes Amager FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Amager FC's Kenneth Strandsgaard managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Amager FC's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenneth Strandsgaard came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenneth Strandsgaard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Amager FC's Kenneth Strandsgaard. Kenneth Strandsgaard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Birger Strømvad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amager FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Strømvad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amin Rostvold was the one to do the kick off. Ludwig Darsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Kenneth Strandsgaard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute. A collision led to Amager FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ludwig Darsberg hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Amager FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Strandsgaard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Amager FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenneth Strandsgaard came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenneth Strandsgaard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Amager FC made a substitution. Anders Gjalbech replaced Seyit Sözmen. Amager FC made a substitution. Samuel Bitsch replaced Birger Strømvad. Amager FC's Ubaldo Matildo Snow was substituted for Sigvald Maya. In the 73rd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Amager FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kenneth Strandsgaard quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kenneth Strandsgaard made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Ecuador's Felix Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Kenneth Strandsgaard despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Amager FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Amager FC's Kenneth Strandsgaard managed to reach the ball for a save. After 83 minutes of play, Amager FC's Samuel Bitsch made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Timmi Egstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenneth Strandsgaard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91stth minute of the game Samuel Bitsch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Samuel Bitsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
