Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute, Axel Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Şafak Taze came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Yusuf Bahadır Rahmet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Dracena in the 15th minute of play. The throw-in from Arif Burak Saygur in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Luis Cazalla. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Dracena in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Ahmet Nafiz Özilter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Yusuf Bahadır Rahmet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bornova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 25thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bornova's Sonny Alén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Kamil Momodu came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Colombia booed when Bornova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beyhan Oğuztüzün didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Sonny Alén made a huge save. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Bornova's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. Michal Setara tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Sonny Alén. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-2 in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Bornova's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Sonny Alén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sonny Alén, 3-2. Arif Burak Saygur charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Burak Saygur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Burak Saygur to maneuver through the defense.

Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamil Momodu in the 50th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamil Momodu in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Abram Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes, Bornova's Fernando Dracena shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bornova reached it. Bornova's Kamil Momodu got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Ahmet Nafiz Özilter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Ahmet Nafiz Özilter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. In the 64th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sonny Alén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Ortaçgil in the 65th minute of play. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Bornova were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernando Dracena took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Colombia's goalie and right to Beyhan Oğuztüzün. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Colombia's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Fernando Dracena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. After 76 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Abram Secada. Bornova were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernando Dracena took the corner. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Beyhan Oğuztüzün sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Yusuf Bahadır Rahmet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 3-5 in the 83 minute of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bornova's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. Kamil Momodu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save.
