Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Lizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Apolo Erroman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Faustino Lizar put in a rough tackle. 15 minutes into the game, one of La Vieja Guarida FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 17 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apolo Erroman. La Vieja Guarida FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. La Vieja Guarida FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raul Quinteros in the 23rd minute. La Vieja Guarida FC's Apolo Erroman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save La Vieja Guarida FC from getting a goal against them. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Apolo Erroman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 38th minute, Raul Quinteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Raul Quinteros made the kick off in the second half. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Yağızhan Korgan fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Vieja Guarida FC's protests and gave Yağızhan Korgan a yellow card for diving instead. La Vieja Guarida FC made a substitution. Wladyslaw Mikulski replaced Zacarias Iigo. In the 71st minute, Yağızhan Korgan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yağızhan Korgan in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Vieja Guarida FC's Yağızhan Korgan got a free kick in the 80th minute. Yağızhan Korgan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, La Vieja Guarida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Apolo Erroman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Francesco in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Raul Quinteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
