Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Abraão in the 14th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Duardo having to make a save. Omar Duardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Abraão in the 30th minute of the match. Vancouver Reds's Omar Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 32nd minute of play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Omar Duardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Abraão in the 37th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Duardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Cameron Leary hit a great ball. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Omar Duardo in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Duardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 54th minute. 陆西迅 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Orlando Casaus could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Omar Duardo however easily saved by the left post. 75 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Omar Duardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Omar Duardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. 严霆梁 charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 严霆梁 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's 严霆梁 got a free kick in the 96th minute.
