The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cherif Badis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thelma Merah replaced Bordat Santibañez. After having played for 65 minutes, Kader Hasni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anonimous FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kader Hasni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cherif Badis could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madjid Moussa in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cherif Badis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute Madjid Moussa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Madjid Moussa's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cherif Badis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Cherif Badis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ecuador played a much better game than Anonimous FC and deserved their victory. The Anonimous FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
