Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matei Călin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Cornel Popovici sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Melchazadec Terron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Crăciunaș in the 7th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Crăciunaș. Bülent Erduran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Cornel Popovici tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melchazadec Terron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchazadec Terron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melchazadec Terron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when FC Internazionale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bülent Erduran didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchazadec Terron was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchazadec Terron having to interfere. The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Melchazadec Terron in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchazadec Terron was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 55 played minutes FC Internazionale got a freekick which was hit by Pipo Gorosito. In the 61st minute 董磊星 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Internazionale made a substitution. Moise Manciulea replaced Florin Crăciunaș. After taking down the ball on FC Internazionale's corner Cornel Popovici fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. FC Internazionale were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matei Călin took the corner. In the 78th minute Matei Călin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Mexico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchazadec Terron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Melchazadec Terron. Melchazadec Terron yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1.
