The supporters of Mexico booed when Fidan SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ufuk Okutman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alemdar Şahin in the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 13th minute of play forced Fidan SK's goalkeeper Yavuz Selimhan Yağız to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th match minute, Fidan SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Grivekov to maneuver through the defense. Yavuz Selimhan Yağız showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Fidan SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alemdar Şahin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fidan SK's Yavuz Selimhan Yağız. Yavuz Selimhan Yağız was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yavuz Selimhan Yağız showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Rauf Özalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fidan SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yavuz Selimhan Yağız. Yavuz Selimhan Yağız dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Alemdar Şahin hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Yavuz Selimhan Yağız showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 44th minute of the match. Fidan SK's Yavuz Selimhan Yağız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 47th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yavuz Selimhan Yağız quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rauf Özalp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fidan SK's Yavuz Selimhan Yağız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 55th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Fidan SK's Zhou Yuan Ting was substituted for Rauf Özalp. After some careless play in the Fidan SK defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yavuz Selimhan Yağız. The Fidan SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yavuz Selimhan Yağız should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Grivekov came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidan SK's Yavuz Selimhan Yağız proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Fidan SK from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feridun Vefai in the 95th minute of the match. Fidan SK's Hacı Ali Özen was substituted for Bedih Tuğalp. A nice corner shot did that Erdem Rüştü got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fidan SK.
