Tahsin Elçioğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Tahsin Elçioğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tahsin Elçioğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Tahsin Elçioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Kropotkins pojkar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tahsin Elçioğlu couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Tahsin Elçioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Tahsin Elçioğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-1. After 26 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Tafalla. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 28th minute of play forced Kropotkins pojkar's goalkeeper Per-Arne Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of quick tricks, surprising Colombia's defense, Jens-Åke Ahlquist in the 31st of the game got himself in position for a good shot. The following shot was ment for the net on the right hand side but never made it. Jens-Åke Ahlquist did an outstanding performance 31 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-1 to the right of an irritated Pedro Manzanares in the goal. Tahsin Elçioğlu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Tahsin Elçioğlu slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 35th minute. Robin Örtlund kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Per-Arne Vidman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Peder Lidström kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Arne Vidman saved Kropotkins pojkar from getting behind. After 81 played minutes Kropotkins pojkar got a freekick which was hit by Peder Lidström. 85 minutes into the match, Kropotkins pojkar's goalkeeper Per-Arne Vidman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Secada. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match, Santino Seco tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Per-Arne Vidman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Robin Örtlund kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
